Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We currently ship to Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal and Ireland. Shipping is free on orders over €75; below that, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Every order is packed by our partner pharmacy in Greece and sent with a tracked courier. You'll see the delivery estimate for your country at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can also look it up anytime on our order tracking page.
Returns
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us with your order number to start a return and we'll confirm the return address. Return shipping is paid by you; once we receive the item and confirm it's unused and in its original packaging, we'll refund you in full.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you — you won't need to pay for or arrange return shipping in that case.
