What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address and phone number so we can fulfil it. We don't collect payment card details ourselves — those go directly to Stripe.
How we use it
Order data is used to process and ship your order, send order-status updates, and respond if you contact support. We don't sell your data to third parties.
Newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, we keep your email address, the date you signed up and the page you signed up on, and use them only to send the newsletter. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we stop sending and you can ask us to delete the address.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payment processing), and our fulfillment partner (to ship your order) receive the minimum information needed to complete each step. Each acts as their own data controller for the data they process.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under Greek law, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing us.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to log in to your account. Your cart and the products you viewed recently are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.
